The GK/Retail Store Value Server manages the output and redemption of coupons. In online, there is ensured that only valid coupons can be redeemed. Specific enterprise-specifically definable offline rules allow the realisation of business processes around the coupon handling when the link to the central system is being disconnected.
Gift Cards
A specific coupon variant consists in the electronic coupon card (Gift Card). The GK/Retail Store Value Server performs the complete handling of all activities around electronic coupon cards without having to utilise a third-party solution.
Promotions
The GK/Retail Central Loyalty Designer is a powerful tool for the very quick creation of enterprise-wide actions and promotions by Drag & Drop. Via GK/Retail StoreWeaver, the created loyalty actions are distributed to all or to selected branch stores and are activated in deadline-scheduled manner.
