Central or Decentral Backoffice

The flexibility of the GK/Retail Report Engine allows you to provide any analyses at Backoffice.

When the GK/Retail Lean Store Server is used, the Backoffice services and databases can also be completely relocated from the branch store to the head office. As additional security instance, the GK/Retail Business-Continuity-Technology provides a maximum of data security and quality. For the user in the branch store, nothing changes because the Backoffice client on site is not restricted in its functionality.

Central Architecture

GK/Retail offers you trend-setting architectures for your branch store infrastructure. Central servers and Thin Clients in the branch store do not represent a problem when GK/Retail is used. Thus, it becomes second-rank where the business logic and the data for the Backoffice processes are located. In this way, the head office becomes the service provider for the branch stores that immediately provides all functionalities and information needed on site. This means decreasing maintenance costs with savings in the area of the needed hardware at the same time.

Design

The GUI of GK/Retail POS impresses with its ergonomic and elegant design that can be adapted to the customer's corporate design at any time. A native GUI with a resolution of 1024 x 768 pixels allows the complete utilization of modern touch screens.

Digital Signature

GK/Retail POS enables operators to handle paperless processes directly at POS units without the need for outside programs. GK/Retail POS has an in-built Digital Signature processor, which provides direct access to an electronic signature pad. 

Efficient Advertising at Your POS
