At its annual general meeting on August 29, 2022, prudsys AG resolved to change its name to GK Artificial Intelligence for Retail AG. The change of name will take effect on September 1, 2022, with the entry in the commercial register expected in mid-September.

The company will present the new brand identity, closely aligned with the GK Group, to existing and new customers and partners for the first time at this year's DMEXCO trade fair on September 21 in Cologne.
