Tarang Sethia, General Manager Digital Products, Mobility & Convenience Americas at bp, will discuss the problems of today’s guests/consumers, stores and Store Associates who serve the guests in the stores. He will also elaborate on bp’s vision and strategies for addressing these concerns and addressing the opportunities to enable the stores to delight their and customers.
